Oliver Investment Banking is Financial Advisor for Sale of Watershield LLC. to B12 Capital Partners

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colorado. Oliver Investment Banking announced today it provided the Advisory Services to WaterShield LLC (“WaterShield”) for its 100% sale to an investment group led by B12 Capital Partners II, LLC.

Michael Leede, a principal of WaterShield, stated: “Over the years, WaterShield has developed numerous ground-breaking nozzles and related equipment, primarily for fire-fighting applications.  Such product development work resulted in seven (7) issued patents and one (1) current patent application. We are very pleased that B12 Capital Partners will be focusing on the marketing of the existing nozzles and continuing to expand the WaterShield product lines and applications, particularly for the safety and protection of the fire-fighting personnel.”

Mike Wedel, principal of B12 Capital Partners, said “We always look for Intellectual Property (IP) when we purchase a company.  Watershield has significant and broad-reaching IP that can be applied to a wide variety of products.  We see our purchase of S&H Products, Inc. as the marketing and manufacturing arm for Watershield.”
